Dothan Alabama Car Wreck Lawyer Settles Claim Referred by Client and Friend
Dothan Alabama Personal Injury and Accident Lawyer Aaron Gartlan of Gartlan Injury Law settled a claim without filing a lawsuit with ALFA Insurance Company on behalf of a good hard working Henry County Alabama mother and grandmother. The case was referred to him by a former client and friend.
The woman was following her daily routine on her way to work at a Dothan Alabama hotel and was traveling westbound on Westgate Parkway and was attempting to negotiate a left turn onto Montgomery Highway at the direction of a green arrow left turn indicator, when the other driver was traveling northbound on Westgate Parkway slid thru a red stop light and into the intersection and crashed into the driver’s side of her vehicle. This collision spun and her and her vehicle into an approximately one hundred and ninety degree turn into the intersection.
She was then transported by ambulance to a local medical center emergency room where she presented with and was treated for injuries she sustained including right hip pain, pain in the right knee, chest pain and bruising, neck sprain and contusion-soft tissue. Additionally, she was prescribed Cyclobenzaprin, Hydrocodone and Naproxen for her symptoms and to control the pain. She was instructed to follow-up and was referred to an orthopedic doctor. She filled her prescriptions at a local pharmacy. She was seen by a doctor at the orthopedic clinic where she presented with right hip pain, pain in the right knee and pain over the left anterior chest wall. She was unable to work for a period of two weeks due to her injuries and had to rent had to rent a car.
When she came to see Aaron Gartlan and the Law Firm, it was determined that she worked hard all of her life, just simply wanted to be treated fairly and would make a good witness.
