Dothan, Alabama Personal Injury Attorney Files Suit For Nurse
Dothan, Alabama personal injury attorney Aaron Gartlan of the Gartlan Injury Law recently filed a lawsuit against ALFA insurance company in Dale County Circuit Court for under insured motorist coverage on behalf of a registered nurse for injuries and damages that included a serious neck injury sustained in a car wreck. This was done after obtaining the insurance policy limits available in a settlement from the owner of the vehicle that struck her.
Aaron Gartlan has utilized the services of a renowned neurosurgeon as well as a chiropractor to help ensure that the nurse receives the best medical treatment and that all of her injuries and damages are investigated and developed, such as lost wages, pain and suffering and future medical bills. It is important to receive the best medical care and to fully explore and be able to demonstrate all damages in a case. Further, it is crucial to determine and maximize recovery from all available insurance sources. Aaron Gartlan takes great pride in this.
