Dothan Alabama Personal Injury and Accident Attorney Recovers after Trial
Dothan, Alabama personal Injury lawyer Aaron Gartlan of Gartlan Injury Law successfully recovered for a nice elderly Alabama woman after a trial. The case involved a car wreck, which Aaron filed a lawsuit in an effort to prove and demonstrate liability, injuries and damages, add value to the case and maximize recovery after ALFA, the insurance company of the other driver, did not offer what was considered a fair settlement.
There was no dispute over liability. So the trial basically involved proving and demonstrating the injuries and damages, which included the pain, suffering, and mental anguish and medical treatment and medical bills related to the wreck. This treatment included doctor visits and physical therapy.
Prior to trial, all of the important records and documents were gathered, which included the medical records, bills, subrogation and accident report. All of the witnesses were identified. Then a summary of liability, injuries and damages was sent to ALFA in an attempt to reach an amicable settlement.
A lawsuit was filed after ALFA did not offer what was considered a fair settlement. The discovery process was then completed and the nice elderly lady was prepared for and communicated with at every step of the process.
