Dothan Auto Accident Lawyers Settle UIM Claim
Dothan Alabama auto accident lawyer Aaron Gartlan of Gartlan Injury Law recently settled an underinsured motorist claim with GEICO on her behalf on behalf of a good, honest, Florida woman for injuries and damages sustained in an automobile wreck.
The UIM claim was settled with GEICO after the Gartlan Injury Law was able to obtain the insurance policy limits available in a settlement from ALFA for the owner and driver of the vehicle that struck the Florida woman to compensate her for her injuries and damages including medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering and mental anguish.
GEICO initially denied the claim but reconsidered after auto accident lawyer Gartlan consulted with the Florida woman’s chiropractor and obtained a report that summarized her injuries.
